APSINDO (Indonesian Unemployment Association) was established to address these challenges through structured national initiatives aimed at transforming unemployment into opportunities for productivity. As a non-governmental organization committed to inclusive economic development, APSINDO strives to empower unemployed individuals through various practical programs that combine skills development, job placement, entrepreneurial support, cooperative financing, and job creation in the industrial sector.

Our programs are designed to create a comprehensive ecosystem for generating employment. Through vocational training centers, APSINDO provides technical skills relevant to market needs in digital technology, manufacturing, environmentally friendly mobility, logistics, and media production. The organization also facilitates job placement both domestically and internationally, ensuring that workers receive adequate preparation and legal protection.

For individuals who wish to build their own businesses, APSINDO provides entrepreneurship incubation programs, mentoring, and access to cooperative-based financial services that enable the development of small enterprises. In addition, APSINDO is also developing various sustainable business units such as retail networks, manufacturing initiatives, cooperative financial institutions, and digital employment platforms that will become long-term job creation sources for communities across Indonesia.
